The Evergreen Model: Design to Adapt

Research Report 1 introduces the Evergreen Model, an architecture for understanding how different forms of human capability retain, lose, renew, and demonstrate value as labour markets change. The model addresses a central problem for education, workforce development, employers, and public policy: capabilities do not depreciate at the same rate. Some remain useful across decades, occupations, technologies, and institutional contexts; others lose value quickly as tools, workflows, regulations, credentials, and employer expectations change. Below is a conceptual Research Report that frames a larger research project. The policy report will be released in August 2026.
